During preproduction we worked on about 17 songs but none of them were given as much time as this one. The four (TLE + Producer Tobias) of us agreed it had something great in it but we were all on different pages regarding the chorus and overall arrangement. We tried lots of ideas and the turning point when Andy and Scott hit on this angular early 80's post punk drum and bass pattern verse and we paired it with an ELO inspired chorus! Liftoff!
