Kalahari - I Am The Mountain (Live session)

Recorded at “FH studio”, Forlì (FC), Italy Mixed & Mastered Gino Annicchiarico Video production by Gabriele Bartolucci “We have worked so hard to improve our live performance during these difficult months. We focused on ourselves and dug into our weaknesses to make them strengths. We were supposed to be back on stage at the end of August, and we were so excited to do so, but after seeing the umpteenth concert cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, we decided we could not give up and wanted to deliver a live performance, no matter what. Our fans deserve it. We deserve it. For the occasion, we chose “I am the mountain”, because it’s a song that deals with isolation and playing it live gives us so many different feelings. Some of them not so “metal”, it is a very reflective song, it makes you think and the lyrics lead to rationalize. Sometimes, we must endure hard periods, resist the elements and do not lose hope in the fact that sooner or later, the sun will shine again upon us, cleansing us from everything and everyone that is negative. We believe it’s the perfect pic!” Follow us: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/3eM46... Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/officialkal... Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/officialkala... So let the snow fall on me, Hit me hard and make me freeze And when the snow melts away I’ll still be here, strong and free Yeah Wo-oh-oh Wo-oh-oh-oh-oh I’m your mountain, so climb me fool But hold on tight or you will fall I’m your mountain, admire my waterfall I’m your mountain and I’ll hear your call But always beware of the storm ‘Cause stream will be river and river shall be flood Yeah So let the snow fall on me, Hit me hard and make me freeze And when the snow melts away I’ll still be here strong and free! Look at the sun bringing me heat Warm my rocks and make you bleed And when the sun fades to gray You won’t be here, burned away I am the mountain
