Auric Records. The track is available in streaming premiere via
No Clean Singing (US) and
Metal Hammer Italia (IT).
The band comment:
"Scire (latin, “to know”) is the third chapter of Is, Qui Mortem Audit
. It represents a moment of the meditative path represented in the record, as all the tracks do. In particular, Scire is the revelation of an unspeakable knowledge, so much untied from reality that it becomes the purest form and concept of universe and its nature, alpha and omega.
Scire features two sections in which we show our newest intentions in a visceral and clear way. The track is a blend of black/death metal and (funeral) doom metal which came out naturally, by a primordial momentum we never felt before."
Is, Qui Mortem Audit has been recorded by Carlo Longo at Nuevarte Studio (Catania, Italy) and mixed by Carlo Altobelli at Toxic Basement Studio (Monza, Italy). Mastering by Mario Dahmen at Liquid Aether Studio (Cologne, Germany). Artwork by Khaos Diktator Design (Stefan Todorovic).

BAND BIO
Fordomth is born in 2013 in Catania from the gathering of six members already active in the underground scene. In June 2015 the production of I.N.D.N.S.L.E. - In Nomine Dei Nostri Satanas Luciferi Excelsi begins, releasing in 2018 this black/funeral doom metal concept inspired by Ahab, Evoken, Longing for Dawn and Nortt. During the next years the band's line-up underwent a number of changes, leading to a four-piece line-up to relase the split single Twin Serpent Dawn (w/ Malauriu), showing for the first time a renovated black metal sound.
With the same line-up and style the band release Is, Qui Mortem Audit. Right after the production of the record and their first Italian minitour the vocalist C. G. left the band. Now Fordomth keep on walking on the path of eternal damnation, atoning for this fault with a three-piece line-up alongside a guest vocalist.
