London duo Cassels have shared a live session of All The St John’s Wort In The World – a song taken from their acclaimed second album, The Perfect Ending,
released last year via Big Scary Monsters.

Recorded at The Bookhouse by Tom Hill, and filmed by Simon Treasure at Treasure Digital, the video gives a taste of what fans can expect when the band embark on a run of rescheduled tour dates later in the year (see below).

Guitarist and vocalist, Jim Beck: “We were supposed to be touring throughout most of March, April and May, but obviously we had to pull the plug. We were pretty gutted, but
it can’t be helped. We’ve used the time at home to finish writing the next record, and we can’t wait to get back out at the end of the year. Watching this video has reminded us how much we miss playing live.”

Following an extensive touring schedule in 2019, which included a number of sold out headline shows and a support stint with Belgian noise band Brutus, the band will be touring material from their latest album The Perfect Ending. Released in September 2019 via Big Scary Monsters, the album has been described as “some of the
year's most biting political critique" (Paste Magazine), “a damning commentary” (The Line Of Best Fit), and "an album of charm and despair in equal measure" (The 405).

The band’s debut album, Epithet, was released in October 2017, and saw them complete UK tours with Single MothersMeat Wave and Youth Man, and a two week European stint with Gender Roles. Over the past couple of years they've also played shows with bands including IDLESCar Seat HeadrestHo99o9EagullsBo Ningen and Slaves, as well as festivals including Truck, Y Not, ArcTanGent,
2000 Trees Festival and T In The Park.
