For two exclusive nights at the legendary Doornroosje venue, the original 'Mandylion' lineup reunited to bring the magic back to life! That's right: Frank Boeijen, Hugo Prinsen Geerlings, Jelmer Wiersma, René Rutten, Hans Rutten, and the one and only Anneke van Giersbergen shared the stage once again. 'Mandylion' is widely seen as a milestone release. By adding the powerful and mesmerizing vocals of Anneke van Giersbergen, the band forged a unique sound of their own, blending heavy, crushing riffs with hauntingly melodic keys. The album, featuring timeless classics like ‘Strange Machines’ and ‘Leaves’, marked a new era for the band and has been massively influential within the genre ever since.
