A banda húngara de punk metal THE HELLFREAKS, em alta na música pesada da Europa, acaba de lançar o eletrizante videoclipe de DOLDRUM DYNASTY, o quinto single do recém-lançado álbum GOD ON THE RUN (2020), que saiu via Sunny Bastards Records na Alemanha, Suíça e Áustria.

Gravado antes do segundo lockdown em Bucareste, a histórica capital da Hungria, Doldrum Dynasty possui uma mensagem positiva, tão relevante ao momento de incertezas e medos do mundo frente a pandemia de um vírus ainda a ser aniquilado.

A vocalista Shakey Sue dona de uma voz ríspida, com agudos afinados e contagiantes, conta sobre a escolha desta música para ganhar videoclipe. “Escolhemos Doldrum Dynasty por causa da mensagem, não poderia ser mais relevante. Não perca tempo com dúvidas sobre habilidades e capacidades, siga em frente! Corra atrás de resultados, não pare, seja sua própria tempestade! Não hesite e acabe com a dinastia do marasmo”.

Doldrum Dynasty é uma das 10 faixas de God on the Run, o terceiro disco da The Hellfreaks, cuja pré-produção contou com Paul Miner (New Found Glory, Atreyu, Death By Stereo) e teve Evan Rodaniche (Escape The Fate, Powerman 5000, Lacey Sturm) na produção e mixagem. Já a masterização é de Tom Waltz.

Com o anúncio de vacinas para imunizar a população do vírus, a The Hellfreaks já planeja realizar turnês e tocar em festivais na Europa em 2021, além de já trabalhar num novo disco.
