Uff! The recording of Surma debut album is absolutely ✅ done! Mr. Jacob Hansen is doing his Mix&Master magic right now. When we were listening the very first mix he sent us two days ago I was crying like a little girl. Just imagine.. So much work, huge stress around, no money for it 😅 but we what? We made it! Huge thanks to one and only Heri Joensen who was sitting by the computer for ages to make everything perfect. He is probably one of the most diligent person I know. 💜🙏

The band was founded in 2018 by Viktorie Surmová (Bohemian Metal Rhapsody) and Heri Joensen (Týr). Viktorie is a Czech singer. She has studied classical music at ArtEZ Conservatory in the Netherlands and at Deylova classical conservatory in Prague. Heri is a Faroese professional musician, educated at The Alternative Rhythmic Conservatory (D.A.R.K.) in Copenhagen 2003. Lyrically it is inspired by different sculptures and statues from around the world, and the stories they tell about the struggles of individuals and humanity. The music of this band is symphonic, progressive, heavy metal!
