SCALA MERCALLI Release New Video For 'Never Surrender', Present Two New Guitarists! On February 9th, Italian legendary heavy metallers SCALA MERCALLI released, in conjunction with the anniversary of the Roman Republic 1849, their new video for "Never Surrender", taken from the 2019 "Independence" album, out via Alpha Omega Records.
