Alternative Metal band Extinguish the Sun, from Illinois - For Fans of newer Mastodon, Clutch, and Every Tme I Die - have released a new 6 song EP titled "Oceans" on October 25th, 2019. About Extinguish the Sun
Extinguish the Sun formed in the late Fall of 2015, quickly playing many local shows and recording and self releasing their first full length "Antihero". After 18 months of live shows and writing, ETS began recording their new EP, "Oceans", Comprised of six tracks of completely new material, this EP shows the band in their true form, experimenting, evolving, and honing their sound, but always remaining true to their initial intent of intensity, melody, and originality.
